In Tomball, that story is unfolding right now especially along Ulrich Road near Texas Star Gymnastics, where multiple parks sit directly across from one another and have quietly been part of everyday life for years.

What’s happening there today is more than construction; it’s transformation.

If you’re familiar with this area, you already know there isn’t just one park there are multiple parks within steps of each other, including Jerry Matheson Park and Juergens Park.

These parks sit directly across from one another and have been central gathering spaces for the Tomball community for years.

For many families including mine these weren’t just parks. They were part of our routine.

I still remember the tire structures, the climbing areas, and just letting the kids be kids outside. Those moments simple as they were are the ones that stay with you.

The goal isn’t just to update it’s to create a safer, more functional space that serves a wider range of people and everyday use.
